IS THERE A VOORRIJKOSTEN FOR APPOINTMENTS?
We have a nominal 60 euro fee for our initial visit, which is a standard practice in our industry. However, the good news is that should you choose to proceed with the service in question, this fee will be fully credited towards the total cost of the job. This means that the 60 euros you invest in the assessment will directly contribute to the completion of the work, ensuring you receive a seamless and efficient service. We believe in transparency and fairness in all our interactions, and this process is designed to make your experience with us as smooth as possible.
HOW SOON CAN WE EXPECT TO HAVE A TECHNICIAN AT OUR HOUSE?
Due to the high volume of leads and customer requests we receive, we make every effort to schedule an evaluation of the job within a week's time. Once the evaluation is complete, we will discuss the specific requirements of the job with you. For smaller tasks, we are often able to proceed immediately. However, for larger and more extensive projects, we will work with you to schedule the work at the earliest possible time that is convenient for you. Our priority is to ensure that your plumbing needs are met efficiently and professionally.
